Across both levels, you’ll explore alignment, breath, philosophy, and meditation, without the pressure of teaching. Think of it as a personal yoga retreat stretched over months, where the focus is on your growth, your connection, and your practice evolving in ways you never expected.

This 50-hour Yoga Student Course is designed for those who want to go deeper, not to become a teacher, but to truly understand and embody the practice of yoga.
The structure is inspired by a traditional 200-hour yoga teacher training, but without any of the teaching components. This is not about learning how to instruct others. It’s about learning how to practice, for yourself.
This course is for students who want to:
Deepen or create their own personal practice
Understand the “why” behind what we do in class
Learn how to support their body with intelligence and care
Explore the philosophy that gives yoga its depth
Create a sustainable practice that genuinely supports life
What We’ll Explore
History & Philosophy
An introduction to the roots of yoga, including study of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and an accessible introduction to the Bhagavad Gita, not as abstract scriptures, but as practical guides for living well.
Anatomy for Real Life
Foundational anatomy with a focus on:
Joint care and longevity
Understanding alignment
Modifications and intelligent adjustments
The nervous system and how yoga regulates stress
The digestive system, and how to support overall health.
This is about keeping your body strong, steady, and supported for the long term.
Breath & Pranayama
We will explore pranayama not just as breathing techniques, but as the expansion of life force energy, how we manage and direct our vitality in everyday life. Breath becomes a tool for clarity, steadiness, and resilience.
Poses & Meditation
You will learn how to build:
A nourishing morning practice to set the tone for your day
A grounding evening practice to unwind and regulate
Techniques that will lead to a meditative state.
We’ll explore alignment in poses, modifications for different bodies, and how to practice in a way that supports your energy rather than depletes it.
This course is about integration.
Yoga is not something we perform for an hour on a mat. It is something we live. The intention here is to give you the knowledge and confidence to practice in a way that supports your work, your relationships, your nervous system, your digestion, your strength, your rest, your life.

Level 2 is for students ready to go deeper into their yoga practice. Building on Level 1, this course explores the more subtle aspects of yoga, including breath, energy, cycles, and hormonal health. With a focus on integration, you’ll learn how to adapt your practice to support your body, your nervous system, and your life.
Open to those who have completed Level 1 or or have a solid foundation in yoga

Reiki Level 1 - Heal With The Cycles
This 2 day workshop will give a unique perspective of incorporating Reiki along side the cycles of the moon, your womb and your life cycle.
Reiki Level 1 marks the beginning or continuation of your personal healing journey. By taking control of your own well-being and engaging with this Japanese meditation technique, you can experience its healing benefits for the body, mind, and soul.
Yogi Day Trip - Krishna Island
Join us for a peaceful day trip to Krishna Island on Sunday, May 18th! Experience soulful Kirtan, wisdom talks, a delicious vegetarian lunch, and the serene beauty of this sacred space. 🌿🎶 This is a free event, with a small suggested donation of €5 for the ferry and €6 for lunch to support the temple community. 🙏✨
