The 2024 retreat is happening and it's gonna be amazing!
Pack your bags for the stunning town of Szentendre, nestled by the Danube River just 40 minutes outside of Budapest. We'll be soaking up the quaint charm of the town from May 4th - 8th, during our 4-night stay.

Expect to indulge in daily yoga and meditation sessions that'll help you find a sense of calm. We're also throwing in workshops on healing and self-care, as well as plenty of opportunities to explore the town's natural beauty on relaxing walks.
Did I mention the delicious vegetarian meals prepared by our host, Judith Gazdacska? A seasoned yogini and former teacher of mine in when she lived in Dublin, she's now a master chef at her own retreat.

But wait, there's more! We'll also have a group healing session and you will get a chance to try SUP yoga, hiking, and visit the world's largest singing bowl in Holloko

During this retreat you will discover how to reconnect to the present moment and slow your body and mind down with the support of daily Yoga & Meditation classes and circles, as well as being guided by nature and your new yoga community.
Gathering some much needed time to heal, rewild and reconnect. Exploring ancient practices and teachings to clear out old or stagnant energies leaving the soul feeling refreshed!

Style of Yoga
Each morning you will be invited to enjoy Pranayama & Meditation and then an invigorating Asana Practice. My approach to teaching depends on the individual, we will work together to find a practice that suits your needs. Adjusting Yoga to fit you and your body not the other way around! Focusing on balance and inner peace, you are sure to find techniques that will be with you for life. Learn to become more advanced at Yoga by slowing down and connecting to the beauty around us and within us.

As the sun prepares to set each day we will once again meet in the Yoga Studio, for our group circle & a Yin Yoga practice. Leaving you relaxed and ready for your evening meal with new friends
