Yoga for Peace: Creating Peace On and Off the Mat
Yoga plays a crucial role in times like these. While it's difficult to witness the events in Palestine and speak out against injustices, yoga offers a practical approach to soothing our nervous system, fostering inner peace amidst chaos.
Through yoga, one can improve emotional management, enabling a clearer mindset to tackle challenging circumstances. Additionally, yoga presents practical spiritual principles to guide decision-making aligned with your values and conscience, without requiring a departure from your existing spiritual practice or religion.
Join our yoga community in advocating for peace.
We'll begin with a straightforward and inclusive yoga session aimed at calming poses and breathwork to help settle your nerveous system and promote a sense of grounding. These gentle yoga postures are suitable for all levels and can even be done while sitting on a chair.
Yoga is a discipline that teaches us the practice of ahimsa, (non-violence). The word Yoga literally translates to mean Union. We are one!

The Irish Palistinian Solidarity Campaign are hosting a March from the Garden of Rememberance (Dublin City Centre) to the Department of Foreign Affairs. Starting at 1pm. I would love to see you there so we can march together and show our solidarity to the people of Palestine and demand a ceasfire.
