This 2 day workshop will give a unique perspective of incorporating Reiki along side the cycles of the moon, your womb and your life cycle.

Reiki Level 1 marks the beginning or continuation of your personal healing journey. By taking control of your own well-being and engaging with this Japanese meditation technique, you can experience its healing benefits for the body, mind, and soul.  

During this weekend workshop, you will learn the foundational practices of Reiki and how to integrate them into your daily routine. Explore the chakra system, understand reiki hand placements, discover meditation techniques, and adopt simple energy healing methods. 

By grasping the energy flow within your body and its impact on your overall health, you will witness the profound influence Reiki can have on your life. Embracing mindfulness and intentionality will naturally become part of your routine as you delve deeper into the realm of Reiki.

After this weekend, you will confidently be able to preform Reiki on yourself, your family and friends. 

What you will learn on this Reiki Level 1 training.

• The history and principles of Reiki
• Hand positions for self healing and healing family & friends.
• The anatomy of the chakra & endocrine systems
• You will experience a Reiki level 1 attunement.
• You will learn how to cleanse & protect your energetic field and environment.
• Grounding, Visualization & Meditation techniques.
• You will practice and receive hands on Reiki healing with other participants.
• You will learn about the 21 day cleansing process.
• Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn valuable knowledge about the menstrual cycle. 
• How & why to track your unique cycle (You do not currently have to be menstruating - this course is open to all women, including thoes who are pregnant, peri-menopause, post menopause, or who are experiencing amenoria for any other reason.) 
• How to bring more compassion & energetic healing to your womb, regardless of what stage of life you are currently in.
