Escape the Christmas hustle and bustle and give yourself the gift of reflection and gratitude. Take a breather to honor all the awesome things 2023 has given you and to set your sights on where 2024 will take you. In this 3-hour workshop, you'll learn how to clear out any unwanted baggage and set intentions for the new year ahead.
We'll be combining Yin Yoga with Meditation and Chanting to balance the chakras and bring you back to center. Expect to feel lighter and more aligned, with energy flowing through your channels and motivation to reach your full potential in 2024. No need to be a Yoga or Meditation pro, as Yin Yoga is gentle and all about restoring your energy.
Plus, I'll provide a cozy atmosphere with tea, coffee, biscuits and friendly chats. This class is for everyone, so come join us!
