About the Event
Come switch off from the chaos of Christmas!!!! Take a few hours out to reflect and show gratitude for what 2022 has given you and to focus on where you want 2023 to take you. Its a perfect time to set an intension for the New Year ahead and to clear out anything that no longer serves you.
We will focus on making space in the body, mind and spirit leaving you feeling lighter moving twords the new year.
In this 3 hour workshop we will combine Yin Yoga with Meditation and Chanting to learn what the chakras are, and how to balance them bringing us back into alignment with our true self's.
This workshop will bring balance back to the body getting the channels of energy flowing, during a busy party season, helping you to feel motivated to reach your full potential in 2023.

This class is open to EVERYONE. No Yoga or Meditation experience is needed.
Yin Yoga is slow, and all about restoring energy in the body in a very gentle way.
