About the Event
I will guide you through a 30 minute Asana, Pranayama & Dhyana practice each morning. Setting the time and space for yourself each morning for postures, breathwork and meditation can change not only your day, but your life!
I am offering this Free Week as a way to show you the benefits of daily practice.
Starting Sunday at 8pm with a group check in, I'll will go into more detail about what you need and what to expect from the week ahead.
Monday 7am - Root Chakra
Tuesday 7am - Sacral Chakra
Wednesday 7am - Solar Plexus Chakra
Thursday 7am - Heath Chakra
Friday 7am - Throat Chakra
Saturday 8.30am - 3rd Eye & Crown Chakra
Sunday 8pm - Group Check In
Who is this retreat for.
Anybody who is looking for a daily practice, no experience is necessary however a moderate amount of mobility is required for the Asana practice.
