Student Training Sample Schedule
This is not a teacher training.
It is a space for students to build confidence, understanding, personal practice and a deeper relationship with yoga as a lifestyle.
Weekend Themes
Weekend 1 — Entering the Practice
Weekend 2 — The Subtle Self
Weekend 3 — The Living Path
Training Structure:
• 42 Contact Hours (6 In-Person Training Days)
• 6 Hours Guided Asana Practice through Katie’s weekly yoga classes.
To complete the 50-hour training, students are required to attend 4 weekly classes, over 3 months. Classes can be attended in person, online, or completed via recording if needed.
• 3 Hours Online Study via The Yoga Club
Between weekends, additional reading, reflection and study materials will be offered to help students deepen their understanding and integration of the teachings. As this is not an assessed training, this additional study is optional, but highly encouraged for those wishing to get the most from the experience.
Please note that this schedule is subject to change.
As this training is a living, evolving space, timings, sequencing, and content may be adjusted where needed in order to best support the learning experience of the group. Any changes made will always be with the intention of deepening understanding, integration, and the overall flow of the training.
