Third Eye & Crown Chakra Workshop (1)

This is the last Workshop in this series. The lower Chakras are our connection to the human experience, working into the higher Chakras is our experience with our spirit. The third eye is our inner vision and intuition, and the crown chakra is our connection to the divine. A lot of the class will be focused on meditation techniques with some gentle yoga movements, finishing with a deep relaxation known as Yoga Nidra.
