About the Event

 This is a unique opportunity to get involved in interactive activities, which uphold the foundations of self-love.

Kindness and Mindfullness go hand in hand, I often refer to my mindfulness practices as Kindfullness, a term coin by Ajhan Bhram!

So what will this loving-kindfulness weekend consist of?

We start of our weekend on Friday evening at 7pm with some introductions.

7.20pm 8.30pm - Yin Yoga

Yin is a simple but powerful form of Yoga that will soon relieve all the stress of the week.

You will receive a dreamy bed-time drink recipe and a guided Yoga Nidra to help you on your way to a great night sleep.


Saturday Morning:

9.30am Pranayama (Breathing Exercises)    

9.45am Mindfull Movement (Gentle Hatha Yoga)

10.45 am Meditation

11am - Questions & Group Discussion

11.15am - Free Time

Self Love Experience. You will receive a list of kindness and self love challenges to take part in throughout the day, at your leisure.

These challenges are designed to make you feel good and grateful, this time is all about taking care of YOU!!  


Gratitude journeying, bedtime drink and recorded yoga nidra.


10.30am Yin & Yang Yoga this form of yoga, helps us to stretch out our bodies in a very relaxed way then moving into a stronger more energetic style of movement.

11.25 - 11.45 Mindful Meditation.

Sunday Lunch: You will receive an email with a Mindful & Gratitude exercise that will keep you in the present moment, where you can truly enjoy and savour each flavour and texture of your lunch.

    I am offering one space to someone who feels they genuinely could benefit from this weekend, but may not be able to afford it at the moment. There is only one free space available so please ensure you can attend. In exchange for this weekend I simply ask that you pay it forward when you are in a position to do so.
