Samhain Celebration
As nature dims her light, we nuzzle into the darkness of Samhain, with a Yin Yoga Practice and much more to honour our ancestors on this day where the veil is thin between the material and spirit world. All proceeds of this event go directly to MASI - Movement of Asylum Seekers in Ireland.

About the Event
I am delighted to offer this class on a donation base. All donations will go directly to MASI - Movement of Asylum Seekers in Ireland.Â
This Yoga offering is going to be a special evening where we will use the techniques and teachings of Yoga to help us celebrate our ancestors, especially the Bean Feasa (wise woman), and Cailleach (The Hag), and of course to honour the darkness within ourself. Samhain is the Gaelic Festival which marks the end of Harvest and beginning of Winter, it is considered the time where the veil between our world and the spirit world is at it thinnest.Â
Yin Yoga is a beautiful practice, which by nature embraces the stillness and the chilling qualities of the dark. I will also blend mantra, meditation and a sharing circle to close, and maybe a spooky story or two!!Â
So prepare your space, light the fire, set the candles, lots of pillows and blankets allowing us to hibernate into the divine feminine darkness. Â
