Introduction to Kundalini Energy, and the Chakra System

Join me in this workshop to learn about Kundalini Energy & the Chakra System.

We will explore Pranyama (Breath work / Life force control), Yoga Asana (Yoga Postures), and Meditation.

When we focus on the Muladhara chakra, we address issues such as

• the need for community,
• fear and anxiety,
• physical body discomfort,
• financial issues,
• connection to nature,
• grounding, and stability.

Kundalini Energy is a powerful and transformative force that resides at the base of the spine. It is often referred to as the "serpent power" and is believed to be a source of spiritual energy that can be awakened through various practices such as yoga, meditation, and breathwork.

The Chakra System is a complex network of energy centers that run through the body, and it is believed that Kundalini Energy travels through these centers as it rises up the spine.

There are seven major chakras, each with its unique characteristics and associations.

In this workshop, we will explore the Muladhara chakra, which is located at the base of the spine.

By the end of this workshop, you will have a deeper understanding of Kundalini Energy, the Chakra System, and how to use yogic practices to awaken your spiritual energy and find greater balance and harmony in your life.
