About the Event
I will guide you through a 30 minute Asana, Pranayama & Dhyana practice each morning. Setting the time and space for yourself each morning for postures, breathwork and meditation can change not only your day, but your life!
I am offering this practice as a way to show you the benefits of daily practice.
Starting Sunday at 8pm with a group check in, I'll will go into more detail about what you need and what to expect from the week ahead.
Monday - Friday 7am - 7.30am
Each morning I will guide you through an Asana practice, that will focus on each of the elements, Earch, Water, Fire, Air & Ether. You will get to explore your Dosha, and how to bring balance to your body, mind and soul.
Saturday 8.30am - 9.15am
Final 30 minute practice, and optional group discussion afterwards. I will share tips and techniques that will help keep you motivated on your path to self practice.
Group Connection: A What's App group will be option for thoes who wish to stay connected throughout the day, I will send videos with short practices that you can do off your Yoga mat throughout your day. This group also serves as a platfort for accountability and consistancy, keeping you motivated throughout the week.
Who is this retreat for?
Anybody who is looking for a daily practice, no experience is necessary however a moderate amount of mobility is required for the Asana practice.
