About the Event
I will guide you through a 30 minute Asana, Pranayama & Â Dhyana practice each morning. Setting the time and space for yourself each morning for postures, breathwork and meditation can change not only your day, but your life!
I am offering this Free Week as a way to show you the benefits of daily practice.Â
Starting Sunday at 8pm with a group check in, I'll will go into more detail about what you need and what to expect from the week ahead.Â
Monday 7am - Root ChakraÂ

Anybody who is looking for a daily practice, no experience is necessary however a moderate amount of mobility is required for the Asana practice. Â
