About the Event
This circle is to bring a group of like minded, concious people together to practice thought provoking mindful meditation, followed by deep and meaningful conversations motivated by journaling exercises all in a safe and caring online environment.
The topics may change depending on the group dynamic and where the energy leads us on the night.
Mindfullness is all about cultivating conscious awareness of our thoughts, feelings and environment in every moment, without judging the experiences.
Is that possible now? How much have you been living in the present moment?
This is an open and honest platform for you to express how you have been feeling, to ask questions, and support one another.
Please feel free to share throughs, poems, stories, art or anything else you feel is relivant to share on the night.
This is a Free event, but you must register to join.
Registration will close at 6.30pm on Sunday the 10th.
Set up a comfortable space where you can meditate and talk freely. There is no requirement to talk at any stage if you are not comfortable. This is a safe space to share anything you are comfortable sharing. Listening is a huge part of this group.
