A 4 Day Journey to Achieve Balance through the Doshas and wisdom of Yoga & Ayurveda.

Join me on a journey to achieve balance and harmony by exploring the principles of Ayurveda. Ayurveda, a sister science to Yoga, teaches us about our body's rhythms and how to achieve balance. By incorporating its principles into our Yoga practice, we can tailor it to meet our individual needs. This involves examining the elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether to gain insight into our physical and mental tendencies.

Day 1: Tri Dosha Practice Start your day with a well-rounded Tri Dosha Practice that will work to bring balance to all elements.

Day 2: Kapha Dosha Today, we will focus on reducing symptoms such as dullness, tiredness, congestion, constipation, oily skin, coldness, PCOS, fluid retention, and asthma that occur with the Earth and Water elements.

Day 3: Vata Dosha This practice focuses on techniques that help reduce the symptoms that occur with excess amounts of Air and Ether elements. Aliments that may be associated with Vata are anxiety, coldness, poor circulation, constipation, irregular and painful menstrual cycles, and dry skin.

Day 4: Pitta Dosha Reduce the Fire and Water elements in your system in today's practice. Too much of these elements can result in overheating of the body, acid reflux, indigestion, inflammation, heavy periods, anger, and irritability.

Start your day at 7 am with a 30-minute practice live on zoom, followed by a 10-15 minute video that delves deeper into the Doshas, that you can watch at anytime. Simple challenges and practices will also be provided to easily incorporate into your daily routine.

Stay motivated and inspired through the WhatsApp group, which is designed to keep you on track. Surround yourself with like-minded individuals who will share their own experiences and inspiration.
